In the event of bad weather, we have a flexible plan in place to ensure your event can still go ahead smoothly:

  • 0-4mm Rain Forecast: If the forecast predicts light rain (0-4mm) in the 24 hours leading up to your event, we can proceed with the outdoor activities as planned.

  • Heavier Rain Forecast: If the forecast predicts heavier rain, we offer the option to move your event indoors. You will need to source the indoor venue, but we can recommend suitable options such as indoor basketball courts or scout halls. Alternatively, we can also swap to one of our indoor party formats from our available options.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to change the date of your event due to weather or other reasons, you can reschedule to a new date.

Our priority is to ensure that the kids have a fun and safe experience, regardless of the weather conditions. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or need assistance with indoor venue arrangements or party format options.

No, we are not a venue. We come to you! Whether it’s at your house, a park, or a hired venue, we bring the fun and excitement to your chosen location.

If you don’t have enough space at home, there are several options available:

  • Community Halls: Many community, church, school, and scout halls can be hired at a reasonable cost.

  • Indoor Basketball Courts: These can be a great choice for larger groups, offering plenty of space and a suitable environment for our activities.

  • Local Parks: A local park can also be a great option if you prefer an outdoor setting with plenty of space.

  • Local Recommendations: If you have trouble finding a suitable venue, feel free to call us. With the extensive experience we’ve gained from hosting numerous parties, we may know of a good hall, park, or indoor basketball court in your area.

We primarily cater to children aged 5-12+, though we also welcome kids as young as 3. Our activities are designed to be engaging and enjoyable for this age range, ensuring a fun experience for all participants. Additionally, parents often participate in the activities and enjoy the fun alongside their children.

 

Yes, we service all major cities. If you are located further away, we may still be able to come to you with a travel charge. Please contact our team to discuss your location and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor options! Each option is designed to be fun and engaging for children. Not sure which activity is best? Ask our team! We offer a range of options to suit your needs:

  • 1.5 Hours: A bit more time for extended activities and enjoyment.
  • 2 Hours: Provides plenty of time for a variety of activities and a more immersive experience.

Choose the duration that best fits your event and the attention span of the children.

All equipment for the activities is provided by us. However, we do not provide food, birthday cake, or decorations. These will need to be arranged by you.

Here’s a typical party structure:

  • Arrival: Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the event starts to get settled in.
  • Activity: The main activities will run for the duration of the chosen time slot.
  • Break: There will be a 10-15 minute break for food and drinks halfway through the party.
  • Birthday Cake: The birthday cake is usually enjoyed at the end of the event.

This schedule ensures a well-organized and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your preferred date and time. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if possible.

To secure your date and time, we require a $100 deposit. Payment can be made via credit card or direct deposit, with details provided on the invoice. The remaining balance is due the day before the party.

The $100 deposit is non-refundable but will be credited towards a future booking within 12 months. If you need to cancel, you can also take advantage of our reschedule option. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
