Reservation Guidelines
To secure a private event, a deposit of $100 is mandatory, whilst for corporate events, a 20% deposit is essential. Payments for deposits can be made through various options including credit card or bank transfers. All deposit amounts are non-refundable. Your agreement to pay the deposit or written or verbal confirmation of the booking signifies your consent to these terms and conditions.
Payment Schedule
The full payment must be settled a minimum of ten days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon by Funtime Kids Entertainment. Payment reminders will be sent to your email until the full amount is cleared.
Cancellation Terms
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations with notice periods less than 7 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be fully charged. Rescheduling is an option depending on availability. Credits from cancellation fees can be utilised within 12 months. Rescheduling fees vary based on notice period and are due upon the act of rebooking.
Supplementary Charges
Additional costs for travel to certain locations may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Changing your event’s location to one that incurs travel fees will result in an additional invoice. If parking fees are incurred, these will be billed either prior to the event or post-event if not previously discussed. The client must pay for any parking that may be needed, should parking not be available at the venue.
Code of Conduct
Abusive behaviour or harassment is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to aggressive or intimidating actions, both on the event premises and during any communications.
Service Refusal Rights
Funtime Kids Entertainment reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of the Code of Conduct. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Liability Limitations
Funtime Kids Entertainment will not be responsible for the behaviour of attendees at the event. Entertainment may be halted if conditions become dangerous or unacceptable. An adult must be present for the duration of the event for supervision. Funtime Kids Entertainment shall not be liable for any injury or damages incurred during the event. The client is also responsible for informing the company of any special requirements or health concerns that may impact the services provided.
