This is not a sit-and-watch party. It’s a structured, high-energy outdoor challenge designed for competitive kids who love action. Our trained hosts arrive early to set up safe archery equipment, combat tents and targets. Every session begins with a full safety briefing and skills training, so every player feels confident before stepping into the arena.

Archery Wars is designed for kids aged 8-16, with younger siblings welcome under parental guidance. Our bows suit this age range, and informing us of the expected age group is recommended. For participants under 18, a parental signature on the waiver is required and will be emailed upon booking.
The rates listed in the packages cover up to 22 guests. To ensure a fantastic party atmosphere, we suggest a minimum of 8 guests. Additionally, adults are more than welcome to join in on the fun!

An additional charge of $20 per child applies for any guests over 22 children, up to a maximum of 30 children total.
Travel
If you are outside our travel zone we are still happy to come to your area for an additional fee. Standard travel fees range from $55. Please call the office to discuss the charge for your area.
Party FAQs
If the forecast predicts 0-4mm of rain within the 24-hour period before the event, the party will proceed as planned. However, in the case of heavier rainfall, the following alternatives are available:
- Relocate the party to a spacious indoor hall.
- Transition to an indoor-themed party package, such as Disco, Lego, or Beyblade Party.
- Consider rescheduling the event to a later date.
Archery Wars thrive in outdoor settings. Ideally, we seek parks close to your residence with ample flat areas, including playing fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, and similar spaces. If you have an expansive yard, hosting the parties at home is also an option.
In cases of weather concerns, the activity can be played indoors, offering flexibility based on weather conditions.
For Archery Wars, as a general rule, for parties accommodating the typical number of children (between 8 and 16 guests), we require a space no smaller than the size of a tennis court (approximately 24m x 10m). While larger spaces are preferred when available, this measurement serves as a helpful guide when searching for suitable locations.
The Archery parties involve high activity levels, and it’s essential for kids to have access to drinks for rehydration. Having snack foods available during the break is also recommended. Apart from that, we supply all the necessary equipment needed for the event.
Informing your host about any guests with specific needs is recommended. These needs may include ADHD, autism, Asperger’s, Down syndrome, or other behavioral conditions. While our events aim to be inclusive for everyone, being aware of children with these conditions allows the host to adjust their performance slightly, especially during interactions, to ensure these children feel secure and included.
