The prices listed in the packages below cover up to 22 guests. For additional children, refer to the “Additional Guests” section for more details. To create a vibrant party atmosphere, we suggest a minimum of 10 guests.

Party FAQs
Fun and Games events can take place indoors or outdoors, and the choice of location determines the selection of games. Our staff will tailor the party by choosing the most suitable games based on the environment. You can host these events in your home (consider using lounge rooms or garages as great party venues), a park, open space, or a rented hall. For assistance in finding a suitable hall, we suggest reaching out to Scouts Australia as an initial step.
We can usually adjust to various locations, but this event does need a decent amount of space. Provide what you have, and we’ll manage the rest.
Please refrain from distributing noise-making party favors or party poppers until after the party has concluded. While our hosts are skilled, managing a large group of children amidst loud whistles and popping streamers can be challenging for anyone.
Informing your host about any guests with special needs is advisable. These needs might include ADHD, autism, Asperger’s, Down syndrome, and other behavioral conditions. Although our events aim to be inclusive for everyone, being aware of these conditions can help hosts adjust their approach slightly, especially when interacting with these children, ensuring they feel secure and included during the event.
Our Fun and Games parties accommodate up to 30 guests for safety, equipment, and game pace reasons. If considering more guests, please discuss this during booking, as it may require additional party kits and hosts. The party is optimized for 30 guests for the best experience.
