Game Shows thrive in halls or spacious indoor areas with plenty of room to move. When a suitable hall isn’t available on-site, many of our clients have had great success by partnering with local clubs or function centres to host their events. Alternatively, for smaller groups, the Game Show can also be adapted to work in your home – we’ll tailor the setup to suit your space and ensure the fun never stops!
Game Shows must be held indoors with access to a power point and a table. Outdoor setups aren’t suitable, as equipment requires stable power and protection from weather and sunlight. For the best experience, we recommend using a hall, function room, or similar indoor space.
An indoor hall is ideal for our Game Show setup, with the smallest suitable space being about the size of a double garage. Our host typically sets up in a central position to maximise engagement, but we’re flexible and can adjust if space needs to be shared with other activities before or after the Game Show.
You’ll need to provide food, drinks, and cake. We’ll take care of all the entertainment for the Game Show. Our host will require access to a power outlet and a table nearby. It’s also advisable to have drinks available for the kids during the event, as the games can work up quite a thirst.
We kindly request that noise-making party toys or poppers be held off until after the event. While our hosts are skilled at managing large groups, it can be difficult for anyone to be heard over whistles and popping streamers during the Game Show.
Please let us know at booking if the guests have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our prize packs offer a variety of lollies, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
If there are guests with special needs (e.g., ADHD, autism, Down syndrome), notifying your host in advance helps us make any necessary adjustments to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all.
There’s a limit of 60 children who can join our Game Shows. For safety, we recommend having one supervising adult for every 15 children attending the event.
There’s no age limit for our Game Show events. We primarily cater to children aged 5 and up, but kids over 12 and parents are more than welcome to join in the fun!
