Planning kids’ birthday parties or group outings in Sydney can be tough work, but our recent 11th October event at Bankstown Basketball Stadium proved just how easy group entertainment can be when professional hosts take the wheel!
On Sunday, 11th October, dozens of birthday groups, school friends, and sports teammates gathered in Condell Park for an action-packed session hosted by FunTime Kids Parties in partnership with the Bankstown Bruins.
Here is a recap of why the event was such a hit for group organizers and why hosted arena play is Sydney’s best party choice.

Why Group Organizers Loved the October 11 Session
Zero Setup, Zero Clean-Up
Parents who brought group celebrations to our 11th October event did not have to lift a finger! Our event team managed all blaster gear, set up the full-court inflatable barricades, ran the game safety briefings, and packed down every dart at the end of the day.
High-Energy Stadium Experience at Great Value
Instead of paying thousands to hire out a private venue, families enjoyed a full stadium experience for just $20 for a single pass or $30 for a double pass. Kids got to play on professional indoor courts with full host supervision and refereeing.
Controlled Capped Capacity
To keep every child safe and actively involved, we strictly capped participation at 40 players per session. This ensured fair team balances, plenty of court space to run, and maximum playing time without long queues or waiting around.
How a FunTime Kids Parties Arena Session Runs
- Gear & Goggles Briefing: Players are outfitted with fitted protective eyewear, team identification bands, and tactical blasters.
- Safety First Rules: Referees establish clear game rules, including minimum firing distances and fair play expectations.
- Hosted Game Missions: Rotating 8-to-10-minute battle modes keep all kids active, strategic, and engaged.
- Group Celebration Finish: Sessions conclude with team high-fives and group photo opportunities on court.
