Party FAQs
In the event of 0-4mm of rain forecasted within the 24 hours before the scheduled date, the event will proceed as planned. However, in the case of heavier rainfall, the following alternatives are available:
Transition to an indoor party package, such as Disco, Lego, or Beyblade Party.
Consider rescheduling the event to a later date.
Water Wars take place in outdoor settings. We aim for a nearby park with a spacious, level area and access to the tap. If you’re uncertain about a suitable park, you can access a list of our recommended parks here. Alternatively, hosting at your home is possible if you have a sizable, unobstructed front or backyard.
As an approximate reference, we typically require an area of about 20 square meters. While we prefer slightly larger spaces whenever feasible, this measurement serves as a helpful guide when scouting potential locations.
Access to a functional tap allowing for hose attachment is essential for this party. This requirement is crucial, and if we arrive at a location without water access, it may hinder our ability to proceed with the event.
If you choose to bring your own water pistols and water balloons, kindly refrain from distributing them to your guests until after the hosted portion of the party concludes.
Notifying your host about any guests with specific needs is recommended. These needs may encompass ADHD, autism, Asperger’s, Down syndrome, or other behavioral conditions. Although our events aim to be inclusive for everyone, informing the host about children with these conditions enables them to slightly adjust their approach, especially during interactions, ensuring these children feel secure and included.
